For Xiao Zhang, a novice who has just entered the society, the environment of the new company is both unfamiliar and challenging. Although Xiao Zhang's company was a joint venture and had strong competitiveness in the market that year, his colleagues were all graduates from Tsinghua University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Dalian Institute of Technology and other prestigious universities. In contrast, although Xiao Zhang's university is a university, it is not considered a 211 engineering college.
