Under such circumstances, he suddenly came to a private job, he was very moved by the virtue of God's good life, and he had to seize this opportunity no matter what, and it was still a mechanical and electrical PLC equipment that he could handle.

The introducer is a friend I have known for a long time, thank you very much. Mechanical and electrical PLC programming happens to be Xiao Zhang's college major. The job content is to go to the site to debug the PLC program of mechanical and electrical equipment. Briefly introduce the equipment: the control system combines PLC program and CNC machine tool CNC G code, belongs to Bechhoff (Beckhoff system), the software TWINCAT in the field industrial computer is their conversion platform, CNC G code can be written on this, converted into PLC recognizable code and directly downloaded to PLC equipment, and then output to control the on-site CNC machine tool and manipulator by PLC equipment. PLC program and CNC G code are now combined with the software TwinCAT, after the CNC G code is written, it is converted into PLC executable input instructions through this software and passed to the PLC hardware output for execution, and the PLC program code is operated by another separate software (can be operated in the industrial computer in a remote desktop way, or it can be designed and written in the local computer and downloaded directly to the PLC hardware, generally downloaded by the remote desktop of the link to the industrial computer), and downloaded to the PC hardware after writing and designing.

However, when most of the functions are adjusted almost the same, all the customers are watching on site, intending to carry out a real experimental operation.

 when the PLC program CNC G code is executed to one-third, there is a button that needs to be pressed on the screen, and the size data of the raw materials can be input into the PLC to accurately execute the running trajectory of the equipment. If you don't press that button, the whole program will return to the start state and then execute, which will readjust the position of the calibration raw materials, and this adjustment and calibration operation is completed by the customer, so all actions that need to be done by the customer must be paid attention to in the debugging, because they are unwilling to do it in their hearts first, especially "Master Liu", so that they will complain more if they repeat a certain action. The press and click of this button is also exquisite, not just a short time click in the screen, it is necessary to press the screen button with your fingers, and at the same time stare at another parameter on the screen to change before it can be released, so that it can work.

 Xiao Zhang just saw the formation worker press the button, but no one told Xiao Zhang how much to press, so Xiao Zhang thought that it was a short time click based on the information seen from a distance (why is the grille still separated from the distance, because as long as Xiao Zhang walks into the formation worker, the formation worker will walk away), as for the key information that makes the parameters on the screen change, no one told Xiao Zhang, and soon the program step execution will reach this link, at this time the formation worker took the mobile phone and deliberately pretended to answer the phone and walked out of the factory. Then when the customer needed to adjust the operation of calibrating raw materials, the customer also began to complain, and Master Liu also threatened to complain. 

Xiao Zhang was clear: he could have waited for the team to come back to confirm, even if he was slow to complain about the customer, there would be no problem, but reality does not allow assumptions, impulsive actions were made by Xiao Zhang, he also felt very faceless, felt that the customer's public opinion environment was not good for him, his mind was hot again, and the introducer proposed not to continue to do it, and withdrew from the project, in fact, after the wrong result appeared, Xiao Zhang could also choose to continue to stay on the scene, because he didn't know that there were few problems left, almost all of them were touched, The next commissioning will go smoothly.
